2013.. alhamdulillah 22 thn dh Allah bg peluang utk bernafas dlm nikmat iman dan islam =), i just finish my 3rd posting in sem 6.. br sedar dh masuk sem 6.. insya Allah 4 more sem to go *fighting* =P so skg tgh cuti for a few days only.. bila cuti byk la masa free kan. tetibe je rs nk usha gambar2 lama sbb cm xpercaya je dh masuk thn baru, dh 22 thn dh wawawawa.. time changes, people change too.. no matter what they had been a part of my life too =D

my 1st paediatrics posting (2months)

9th of july 2012, 1st day of paeds posting in clinical years =), my first 2weeks quite hard and stress cuz nk menyesuaikan diri dgn environment hospital, "we have to be in hospital from8am-5pm + on call" hahaha mula2 je follow this rule pastu dh penat dh =P seriously, first 2 weeks dtg ward before 8am cuz igt ward round start awal, rupa2 nye ward round slalu start plg awal kul 9am, ceyh.. tp so far plg lambat dtg ward if xde lecture pg tu kul 8.30am laa cuz if dtg lmbt xde parking dah =( k.org masing2 ad log book.. kene mtk sign sister/HO/MO/specialist for every procedures, our task to fill it.. pastuh seminggu kene clerk 5 patients at least.. then kene wat case presentation (CP), seminar, and bedside.. smua ad markah, plg tggi ak penah dpt 6/10.. skit je kan?? hahaha tp tu yg plg tggi specialist slalu bg.. what to do.. for carry mark plak tuh *alhamdulillah* kene bersyukur kan =),

staffness mula2 tuh cm kerek gak, tp lama2 bila k.org dh baik ngn h/o and m/o trus staffness br nk lyn k.org hahaha dia kene cm main tarik tali ngn staffness nih.. xley terlalu berharap or merayu kt staffness cuz nnt d.org cm wat kerek zzz so bila k.org dh mls nk mtk tlg d.org baru laa d.org cm reasonable skit hahaha k.org jumpa rmi h/o tp yg terror h/o from UM la.. perghh present case dpn specialist xtgk notes pun even d.org kene igt 6 patients with various complaint and management *impressed* and penah gak tgk h/o kene mrh dgn specialist fuhh menusuk kalbu, trus terbayang diri nih kt tmpt d.org.. tp specialist mrh tuh sbb mmg slh d.org gak la.. deal ngn pt kene take every single thing seriously laa kan, so bila kene mrh tuh take it positively.. 

first few days masuk ward dh kene diarrhea hehe pastu selsema and batuk sepanjang bulan pose kot, lama tuh.. cuz byk case bronchiolitis, pneumonia, asthma, the kids plak suka terbersin kt k.org laa, pastuh nk dukung smua mmg transmit skali virus n bacteria tuh kt k.org laa kan haihh pastuh setiap kali nk mkn sure cm basuh tgn bersih2 hahaha skg br amik berat about bacteria n virus infection =P 

malam pun kene dtg ward if on call or if esok pagi2 dh ad bedside teaching.. masing2 kene prepare clerk one case and present time bedside teaching, some doctors ask for the volunteer who wanna present or some doctors like to pick anyone randomly.. so setiap kali ad bedside sure cm nervous hahaha 1st time kene present case tuh mmg xkeruan laa, takut ad info yg xcukup heee, ak dpt dgn Dr. Eileen hee dia baik je tp ak cara dia lain skit, dia nk kita present case like a h/o hehe so dia tegur byk gak laa, dia xtengking2 pun tp ayat2 dia perghh menusuk kalbu, down kejap hee, ayat dia plg terkesan smpi skg "is it ur first time see the pt" i was like "no doctor, i clerk pt everyday" sedih kot specialist ckp cmtuh, haihh the nxt day trus xde mood nk clerk pt heee..tp pas kene tegur cmtuh trus cm every weekend i try to present one case to my sis or her husbnd as they are m/o too.. act bila kene tegur cmtuh br kita tersedar n smgt nk buat btul2 haha

clinic pakar kat hospital pun k.org kene g gak.. satu bilik tuh bley 2 students je.. act byk gak blaja kat clinic nih.. test our knowledges in ward hahaha, doc suka main soal2 skit so before g clinic kene prepare la skit if xnk rs loser sgt if doc ty soalan =P my 1st clinic session pegi with k.mira dpt 5patients yeay!! with dr.victoria, 2nd session pegi ngn asrul dpt 5patients gak with dr.malini. bila xdpt jwb soalan doc tuh br laa kita tau knowledge yg kita igt smpi mana, then blk tuh stdy laa or since ade ipad cr dat info on the spot laa hehehe

yg best duk sg buloh nih plus ad kete so bila stress bley g tempat mkn yg best2 hehehe and trust me, effah xgemuk pun hahaha.. slalu pegi OU, the curve, ikea, ekano, sunway pyramid, empire =P makan2 je, shopping jarang kot except time nk dkt raye hari tuh..

exam end posting on last wednesday 5/9/2012 fuhh seriously susah oral exam nih, kene fikir cepat2 with soalan yg byk hmm clerk pt and do physical examination 1hour, then present in 30minutes mmg rushing laa, in 30 minutes nk present dat case tuh plus kene jawab soalan doc lg.. its like bley fikir in 3seconds..tuk jawab.. 1st experience kot.. at least kalo written exam if xdpt jwb one qus\estion bley skip dlu then nnt ley jwb blk, nih oral exam mmg xdpt jwb dats it next ques plak.. "xpe kalo nk jd doc senang sure smua org nk jd doc kan" hee nk sedapkan ati =P pastu on friday ada osce with 5 passive stations.. each station 5 minutes, nk jwpn yg kene explain plak tuh adeh ada satu station tuh xsmpt nk jwb smua =( .. xpe bende dh lepas, tawakal for the rest =) 

last day end paeds posting exam~ still nmpk risau kan, not that much relief ^_^

yg plg best ikut ward round prof MAR and dr.Shazli cuz dpt belajar byk benda.. m/o pun cool jee especially dr.fahitah hehe, my next posting will be surgery.. hope i can do better ^_^ 

p/s~ yg scary nye paeds posting nih time exam cuz mmg well known rmi yg x pass posting nih laa, then ada datuk RKR a malay lady yg sgt garang and if 5 students exam ngn dia only one yg akan srvive aka pass, pfffttt ari tuh my colleagues 3 org dpt datuk as examiner, all 3 of them nangis after exam.. smpi pt yg pujuk my friends tuh, ade sorg ibu tgh susukan anak dia terketar2 bila tgk my friends kene mrh ng datuk.. she scolds student in front of the pt ok.. xpe 5th year nnt br ad jmp paeds blk =D

my 2nd year =P

alhamdulillah, syukur sangat2 i have pass my professional pre clinical year exam.. it tests us all 7subjects from 1st till 2nd year syllabus.. so far this is the hardest exam.. so far ok.. after this my clinical life will be more tough hmmm i believe in one thing when Allah has bring me to it and i have choose this journey so Allah will always be with me to go through it.. insyaAllah.. yup i am happy right now.. sangat lega.. cuz i felt like i have been tortured at about 3days directly with this exam..hanya Allah yg tau betapa susahnye pro exam nih.. thanks to junior hahaha nih smua sbb korg wat hal, pro exam k.org jadi susah but i am sure ada hikmah smua nih berlaku..

even though most of us pass but there are 4 people who failed.. sedih laa jugak cuz kalo bley 235 grad same2 nnt.. but we always pray for these 4 people to do well in remedial exam.. chaiyok2!!

sem4 nih seriusly byk kenangan.. and w.pun pro exam nih susah tp i learnt one thing about a team work.. each of us try to share all the spot questions although xbyk yg masuk tp at least yg masuk jugak tuh bley laa jawab kan..=) "each of us in medicine is a player for a team, everyone has their role to make their team succeed by cooperating with each other" so this july k.org akan berpindah ke sg.buloh for clinical year..pejam celik pejam celik dh masuk 3rd year dah.. time flies~~

amer~ dr renu said he is handsome hahaha.. very determined in his study, like to play volleyball.. for me he is cute and childish..along amer =P

ami~ gorgeous hehe.. plg rapat dlm pbl ngan ami laa.. plg rajin, ak plg ske wat keje ngan ami laa =)  she is cool

fieyla~ smart girl.. suka wat keje pathology ngan dia  hehe.. plg byk bg info dlm pbl session.. sgt baik =) favourite quote "mane ada fieyla xtau laa jawapan dia" padahal penuh ilmu di dada =P

a trip to london (still in love)

ehem..ehem..ehem.. dh lama dah trip nih sebenarnye tp sekarang baru ada masa nk cecite2 and summarize in blog kihkihkih =P this trip is about 10days.. pegi ngan my bff myra and syira =) stay kat umah pakcik myra at Brentford lalalala.. ramai yg tanya bape lama k.org plan for this trip.. ak xtau nk jwb camne.. its like eyh dh sampai london =D so cecite nye camni myra dh tanya ak since last year about this trip i guess tp ak ckp maybe xley pegi cuz cuti xsama.. then time study week 3rd sem mayb tgh stress kot time tuh then trus kol myra "ak nk ikut boleh lg x? hhahaha" "boleh je, tp ak ngn syira dh book ticket, ko try tgk ada x yg murah" then discuss ngn family, my sisters mmg support gle2 nye laa "pegi je laa t dah keje/kahwin ssh nye nk g travel jauh2 ngn kwn nih" i feel like whoaaaaaa seriusly bagi nih.. then my mom trus kol agensi book kan ticket smua =))))

kalo kat malaysia bila kita pegi ke tempat2 tarikan pelancong kan contohnye Genting Highland, ada outdoor and indoor games then casino.. tp kat london like madamme tussauds byr 25pound kalo ikut sana cm rm25 tp kat dalam tuh ada macam2 bkn sekadar patung lilin tp ad sejarah2 nye, umah hantu, arcades, wayang 4D, free to take pictures and one of my friend ckp muzium science pun best.. lg canggih dari petrosains.. and skg dh ada Harry Potter studio *wink2*

shopping kat sane mmg sakan laa kan..murah if kita xconvert ke duit malaysia.. kalo convert mmg xkan shopping pape laa kat sane sbb kat sane plg murah pun baju penah jumpa 3pounds=rm15.. so xyah laa convert if nk beli baju pants smua..when we are there k.org masuk and shopping je kat topman, ZARA, niketown, adidas, mothercare, disney, m&m, kippling..etc, sbb harga belas2 pounds hehehe and my money siap bawak blk mlysia lagi sbb xhabis..perfume kat airport sangat laa murah heee clinique nye make-up pun reasonable hehe airport duty free

now about public transport.. fuhh sgt efficient.. banyak, punctual and laju.. bus stop mmg byk.. train ada circle line, district line and piccadilly line.. siap ada pamplet map for train.. kat old trafford k.org berpeluang naik trem yg train ats jln raya tuh hehehe people in london are very polite.. tanya je d.org sure d.org akn tunjuk jalan.. one night k.org kat oxford circus(tempat shopping) nk g disney store the xsure on the left or on the right then ty laa kat one handsome man nih then that guy siap bkk gps through his iphone to show us the way.. i feel like whoaaa very gentleman dh laa tinggi handsome kihkihkih.. act nk ckp betapa baiknya penduduk london nih..one more thing suka dgr accent english org British =P

winter mode~ sangat sejuk even satu hari tuh ada matahari..berangin.. sejuk sampai menggigil expecially bila mlm..time winter kul4pm dh maghrib dh..malam dh laa.. subuh pulak 6-8am hehehe mula2 tuh mmg jetlag, 1st day uncle Ali ajak kuar cuz dia nk tunjuk jalan kat k.org time tuh dh kul4 lebih kalo kat mlysia dh kul12am, mmg time tuh rasenya uncle Ali duk xplain sorg2 kot cuz k.org smua dh tersengguk-sengguk dalam kete hihihi k.org kuar slalu nye pagi2 ku9am camtuh then blk plg lewat kul10pm hehe makin lama makin lambat laa balik =P so k.org breakfast roti or maggi then blk mlm br dinner like pasta or spaggethi tp slalunye maggi or bihun sup je hehehe sbb blk masing2 dh penat kan.. dlm perjalanan k.org bawak bekal roti with tuna or nutella.. seriusly bley kurus duk sane.. me turun around 5kg..10days in london

bila dh berjalan sape laa yg igt lapar smua plus nk cari mknn halal mmg susah kan.. pastuh org2 kat sane berjalan macam berlari kot.. hahaha k.org yg kecik duk terkedek-kedek berjalan.. lama2 dah terbiasa jalan laju kat sana..that so called "negara maju" tp bila jln laju xde laaa rase sejuk sgt.. k.org dh pakai baju 3-4 lapis kot still menggigil.. even dlm umah ada heater pun k.org pki gak baju sejuk..heee nk tau x snow turun bila?? a day after i came back to malaysia haishhhh

last day..i am promise to myself that i will visit london again =D cuz i dont have a chance to see snow =( thats y i'll make sure next time i can see it =) this trip is much more worth it.. trust me.. i enjoyed every second there.. and now i miss london a lot..

last but not least, i still keep all these things hehe which are the important stuffs tadaaa
